Agilent's Telegra solutions include tools for fax and voice quality of service measurements.
The Telegra Fax Test Systems are indispensable tools for
facsimile network equipment manufacturers and network providers in network
design verification, end-to-end testing and customer support. They are
available in three configurations, the Telegra D System (1-2 analog ports),
the Telegra M Multi-Port (4-96 analog ports) System and the Telegra T
Multi-Port System (24-96 digital T1 ports).

Fax Test System Features :
- Originate, monitor and answer fax calls with complete diagnostics on all calls. Complete printable reports that provide detailed call statistics, making it easy to determine problems with the network. The Expert System and Network Performance Monitor allow the user to diagnose fax calls without the need for a "fax guru".
- Telegra Test Libraries contain test scripts that enable verification of proper network and equipment operation.
- Users may write their own scripts or convert captured calls into call emulations.
- Enhanced call performance information. Especially useful for fax quality of service testing for voice over packet technologies.
- Ability to report the call results information in tab delimited form. Allows users to easily transfer information directly into a spreadsheet or database.
- Enhanced Telnet controllability. Allows users to control the Telegra Fax Application from other programs and automation platforms.
